How Your Morning Routine Can Change Your Life 

It's common knowledge that the way we start our day plays a major role in how our day will go. But what if I told you that your morning routine can have an even bigger impact - one that can improve your entire life? Here, I'll explain why it's so important to start your morning off right and provide some tips on how to do it. 

The Benefits of an Effective Morning Routine 

Having a well-structured morning routine can set the tone for the rest of the day. It brings clarity and focus, allowing us to tackle tasks with more energy and purpose. If you're able to begin your day feeling refreshed and energized, it makes everything else easier. 


On the other hand, if you start off feeling sluggish or uninspired, it will be much harder to make progress on any task or goal. 


How You Can Create an Effective Morning Routine 

Creating an effective morning routine is simple but often difficult to implement. The key is consistency; once you decide on a routine, stick with it! That being said, everyone is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Find out what works for you - maybe this means drinking coffee right away or taking time to meditate - and then build out the rest of your routine around those activities. 

When creating your morning routine, make sure you’re incorporating activities that will help kick-start your day in a positive way. 


For me, this means drinking plenty of water first thing followed by a workout and than some light exercise (a walk with Tracy and the pups), then showering in cold water – which has incredible health benefits – followed by breathing exercises and meditation. 


Afterward I take vitamins like liquid vitamin D and B12 in a small glass of freshly juiced lemon juice with ginger & turmeric oil from doTERRA for added health benefits - it's like my own little health shot!


Finally I finish off with a full glass of fresh juice. My favourite combination right now is pomegranate/orange. 

All of these activities are deposits into my proactive health bank each morning – they help me feel energized and ready for whatever comes my way during the day! 

Starting each day off right is essential if you want to live a happy and fulfilling life. Establishing a consistent morning routine allows us to maximize our productivity while also helping us stay focused throughout the day. 


While there isn't a single approach that works for everyone when it comes to creating an effective morning routine, once you find what works best for you – make sure to stick with it! With enough practice and patience, you'll soon reap all of the amazing benefits that come from starting each new day off on the right foot!
